Whole30 and Applegate Natural and Organic Meats have teamed up with clean conscious brands to create a worry-free dining experience for those doing a #JanuaryWhole30 and/or those who simply appreciate crave-able food and drink options made with clean, simple ingredients.
Entry and food is free, but we recommend registering for a ticket in advance to ensure entry on your preferred date and time slot… spots are limited.
What’s on the menu?
-Cauliflower rice or kale-based bowls: Applegate® Natural and Organic Meats like bacon, burgers, or 100% grass-fed beef hot dogs paired with Whole30® compliant ingredients and an uncompromisingly delicious dressing or condiment from Primal Kitchen®.
-Collard wraps: Choose between one of Applegate’s carrageenan-free turkey deli meat options or an egg salad made with Vital Farms® hard boiled eggs, the leading producer of pasture-raised eggs in the country.
-Chili: Recipe from the Whole30® Slow Cooker cookbook, using Kettle & Fire’s Beef Bone Broth- made from grass-fed and grass-finished beef bones; packed with collagen, protein, and amino acids.
-Sparkling water: Drinks provided by Spindrift®, America’s first sparkling water made with real, squeezed fruit from family farms.
-Meat snack sticks: Grab a non-GMO 100% grass-fed and finished beef or free-range turkey jerky stick from CHOMPS®.
**All food and drink at The Clean Slate Café are Whole30® compliant.
The first 250 people to RSVP will receive a free Whole30 compliant swag bag upon arrival at The Clean Slate Cafe. Must show ticket confirmation and photo ID.
