This year’s Oscars ceremony promises to be a defining read on the state of Hollywood in 2018, and what better venue to watch it in than where one of the nominates movies (The Big Sick) was actually filmed? Join us at littlefield for the skint’s fourth annual FREE screening party of the 90th Academy Awards!

There are lots of exciting nominations from blockbusters to indie fare, but we’re also expecting to see host Jimmy Kimmel and presenters give stage time to address some of the pressing issues facing the entertainment industry (#TimesUp, #MeToo).

So, what does a “free” ticket buy you? A complimentary glass of champagne with RSVP, for starters. We’ll also be making you feel extra fancy with a red carpet entrance and photo booth (feel free to dress up!), voting ballots (most correct wins a prize), themed drink specials, and as much popcorn as your movie-loving heart desires. And the awards show projected on the big screen, of course!

Hungry for more? You’ll also be able to order food from sister restaurant Parklife’s in-house taqueria, El Atoradero.

The official awards ceremony starts at 8pm, but our red carpet rolls out (i.e. doors open) at 6pm so you can catch the televised red carpet pre-show and get a chance to talk about your outfit with our very own pair of interviewers!

Come and build up a bubbly buzz, snap some red carpet selfies, and try your hand at predicting the winners. Who knows? Best Picture might just be La La Land again.
