The Festival will be the opportunity for you to discover exclusive, new, hot chocolate recipes that give the real essence of what chocolate in a glass on a cold day should be!
The participating bakeries (Ladurée, La Maison du Chocolat, Baked, Epicerie Boulud, Brooklyn Roasting Company, Patisserie Chanson, Almondine, Dominique Ansel Kitchen, Lafayette NYC, Kreuther Handcrafted Chocolate and Marie Belle!) and beverage professionals will create exclusive new hot chocolate recipes for the occasion, available during the time of the Festival at each participating store.
Most importantly, you will also do good since 50 cents from each hot chocolate sold will be donated to Food Tank.

Valrhona is putting on its fourth Hot Chocolate Festival in New York City from January 19th to February 3rd, with a KickOff party on January 17th at Ladurée Soho!
Valrhona invites you to taste elixirs that redefine Hot Chocolate by some of the City’s most celebrated Pastry Chefs during the KickOff Party on January 17 at Ladurée in Soho.
The participating pastry shops and bakeries include Ladurée, La Maison du Chocolat, Baked, Epicerie Boulud, Brooklyn Roasting Company, Lafayette NYC, Kreuther Handcrafted Chocolate, Lafayette and Marie Belle!
The Party will feature previews of all of the festival’s inventive hot chocolates and a world renowned Latte Artist. Walk away with the ultimate Hot Chocolate experience and take home a taste of Valrhona!
All the proceeds from the ticket sales will go to “Food Tank”, a non profit organization that builds a global community for safe, healthy, nourished eaters. We aim to educate, inspire, advocate, and create change. We spotlight and support environmentally, socially, and economically sustainable ways of alleviating hunger, obesity, and poverty and create networks of people, organizations, and content to push for food system change.
