Vino Vinyasa classes bring together vinyasa-based yoga and fun wine facts through creative yoga poses.
The hour long educational class will end with a comparative wine tasting of two wines, inviting you to mindfully taste what’s in your glass while applying what you learned through the poses.
Come flow and sip with us in the beautiful William Vale ballroom, then stay for drinks or appetizers afterwards at Leuca, the Southern Italian restaurant at the hotel.
