In partnership with Weeksville Heritage Center, GrillzandGranola and I See You Wellness bring you ZEN DAY: the first and only half-day community wellness conference that promotes movement, mindfulness & modern spirituality among Women of Color (all people are welcome).
During our annual conference, we gather a powerful community of practitioners, small businesses, creatives, entrepreneurs and wellness advocates to share accessible ways we can help each other on our journey to be well.
We keep self love and self care at the heart of what we do, dropping illusions, exchanging energy, turning our damn phones off and learning how to live the Zen Life. We are powerful when we gather and now is the time to RISE, so please join us for the inaugural ZEN DAY. It is going to be L.I.T.
The Theme is : RITUALS
Every transformation starts with a ritual.
Big changes start by taking small steps; everyone has to start somewhere. From the novice to expert, establishing rituals are critical for us to achieve our wellness goals. On ZEN DAY, we’ll explore various life-altering rituals for your mind, body and spirit and teach you how to incorporate them into your existing lifestyle.
In addition to experiencing new rituals firsthand, we’ll hear from wellness experts and practitioners as they share their intimate stories and teach us how they use rituals as tools for healing, expansion and manifestation.
From on site practitioners, to Yoga, TrapAeorbics, Reiki-infused lunches and a marketplace of women of color owned businesses, we cannot wait to pamper you.
At ZEN DAY, you’ll leave feeling loved, seen, supported, motivated and of course, ZEN.
