We Soaked Up the Summertime Vibes at SaltBrick Tavern’s Backyard Bash

Let the outdoor dining season begin! Now that it’s finally warm enough to partake in some patio partying, SaltBrick Tavern hosted a Backyard Bash to celebrate early this month during the unveiling of their new outdoor space.

The evening featured a sampling of items from the “Backyard Bites” section of their menu, including a bright spring pea soup, beet-cured deviled eggs, lobster BLT steamed buns, and dry-aged cheddar cheeseburger sliders.

The frozen libations matched the mood of the evening, whether you were feeling ready to go “OFF THE HOOK” with a frozen piña colada or were feeling up for a frisky “SUMMER ROMANCE” made with frosé mezzacorona rosé, 42 below vodka, and strawberries.  A Bumbu craft rum tasting table even featured a dangerously-sippable popcorn infused rum.

The Saltbrick Tavern’s backyard is a welcome, respite from the bustle of Downtown Brooklyn.  Stop by for happy hour drinks or dinner and drinks until 11pm every day of the week except Sunday.
