If you’ve ever heard of Aaptiv, you know that the revolutionary app offers a plethora of voice-guided workouts for the fitness enthusiast, who can’t always make it to the gym (or perhaps just needs some help navigating what to do when he/she gets there). Their new collaboration only makes this more exciting, adding kickboxing to the already expansive mix with its partnership with EverybodyFights gym in Midtown, NYC.
EverybodyFights was founded by George Foreman III,who’s father was legendary heavyweight champion George Foreman, so suffice to say, they know how to get your heart racing. Their program is based on a real fighter’s cross training regimen, utilizing elements of shadowboxing, bag work, strength training, cardio conditioning, and yoga.
Their collaboration with Aaptiv offers subscribers unlimited access to their curated workouts that can be used in a gym or at home, led by EverybodyFights instructors.
And if the idea of EverybodyFights gym intrigues you, members of the gym get a deal from Aaptiv, and can now access the app if they can’t make it in themselves.
We got a chance to sample one of their classes which offers a bit of different types of cardio and strength moves that get your blood pumping and work up a real sweat. We honestly weren’t sure we would make it through the full class, but somehow we managed, and we would 100% do it again!
