Mixing Up Our Beauty Routine at the Indie Beauty Expo

Last week The Indie Beauty Expo had their largest show to date!

With more than 240 exhibiting brands, there was much to be discovered all the amazing new beauty brands and trends!

We had limited time to get to soooo many brands, but we were able to stop by and chat with a few. Mighty Patch from Hero Cosmetics, is a one spot blemish patch, which blends in with your skin too! Everyday For Every Body which just launched in the US, by way of Australia, carries fragrance and paraben free products! Sold in Madewell and Shen Beauty,their sunscreen is a hot seller. Nessa, carries a compact makeup brush cleaner, which cleans your brushes in 3 minutes! Planet Botanicals, carries seaweed skincare products made from seaweed found right in Maine.

Aroms Natur Skincare, makes essential oils made in Spain, meant for parts of a woman which sometimes doesn’t get all the self-care it deserves (“The V, The Breasts and Curves”). Maniglovz makes gloves used during the gel nail polish process, to protect your hands from UV emittance. First Salt After The Rain (my favorite table of the bunch) carries salt based products (cleaners, scrubs, body washes, and shampoos) just to name a few, made from premium salt found in South Korea. Lastly, S.Oil makes hair oils with wonderful scents from all over the world.

IBE was established in 2015 to provide a platform to support the indie brands and their entrepreneurs who are already in the market are ready to conquer it. Debuting in NYC, IBE has also launched in Los Angeles and Dallas, and will soon launch in London and Berlin. It’s main purpose is to connect indie brands globally with buyers, press and consumers, while offering educational and networking opportunities.
