In honor of May being Mental Health Awareness Month, Space Ninety 8 is hosting a panel discussion with creative influencers and mental health advocates, which will touch on how to deal with the constant pressures of social media and how to take care of oneself.
In a time when digital media and self-promotion demands so much of our energy, time and attention, this event will explore ways we can bring more balance into our lives and still put ourselves and our creative work out there, all while staying conscious of our own needs and boundaries. As mental illness remains largely stigmatized, this event will foster a much needed open and supportive discussion about the importance of self-care and mindfulness.
