Marcel Ostertag delivered us STYLE, honey! We are so ready for fall after witnessing this impeccable runway show. The Autumn Winter 2018.19 collection titled “Opium” was compelling and sophisticated, yet seductive and sensual. The line was truly magnificent and glamorous as the German designer’s attention to detail and love of flamboyant fashions shined through every piece. We feasted our eyes on vibrant sequined dresses, magical burnt orange tones, mysterious burgundies, and mesmerizing shades of olive. It was a very elegant and timeless collection with flares of timely metallic influences and seasonal inspirations.

Irina Vitjaz

The Irina Vitjaz Fall/ Winter collection’s inspiration, in the designer’s words, “is the woman who can do it all and look feminine and elegant doing so.” The Ready To Wear FW18 collection was certainly for the woman who gets it done and looks impeccable doing it! The designs were beautiful, elegant, and ladylike – we absolutely adored every single piece.  Each look was ultra-glam and better than the last. Vitjaz was inspired by her aristocratic predecessors, which developed her affinity for luxury and elegance. You could see her keen eye for design and opulence in every design and her masterful tailoring resulted in a line with fine design and culture-laden. Vitjaz’s collection had divine jeweled tones and colors, rich fabrics and superior detailing.

Custo Barcelona

Designer Custo Dalmau did a great job with the model casting, unique hair styles and eye catching looks this season! The coats were absolutely divine! The F/W 18.19 “Yes, this is me” collection was designed for “women wanting to freely express their individuality and strength in the face of life’s many challenges—among them, fashion.”

Each piece used incredibly sexy silhouettes and asymmetric lines defining creativity and innovation through fashion. The collection was futuristic and perfect for the designer’s target audience this season – new generations of women who are betting on themselves and their futures. There were voluminous metallic and velvet maxi dresses, very fine silk wraps, shimmering nylon minis, and sensual lace adorning some of our favorite looks.

Gills Manjulakshmi

Emerging designer Gills Manjulakshmi debuted 3 sub-collections at NYFW F/W 18 for women’s and men’s wear inspired by nature and a range of elements. You could see the hints of the moon and the stars in the range of capes and drapes. There were fascinating Arabian styles mixed with western cutis and Indian finesse stylistically. The line was bold and romantic featuring the finest Leather from London and gorgeous silks from India and Italy. Gills used an eclectic mix of models to showcase her line as they strutted down the runway, to a DJ providing the perfect vibes. The designer showcased a bold and futuristic line with Spanish influences, which makes us very excited for what the future holds for Gills Manjulakshmi.
