Two international creative brands, the luxury men’s footwear brand Top Owens Collection and fashion and creative veteran Mykel C. Smith Creative, joined their respective talents to collaborate on a VIP and media cocktail event that closed the festivities of New York Fashion Week: Men’s at Midtown Manhattan’s Punto Space.
The event is the North American launch of the Top Owens and Mykel C. Smith Creative collaboration and the unveiling of its editorial and video campaign photographed by Sean P. Watters and filmed by Jean Dia London featuring model and musician Chris Fawcett, shot on location at intelligent living mdrn furniture, creative direction and styled by Smith and grooming by Bonefade Barbers.
The event culminated in a performance from Fawcett performing two of his original songs wearing uber sleek fashion designer Andre Landeros. A merchandised installation by artist Rick Savinon of the Top Owens Collection was presented so that guests had a view up close view the craftmanship and quality materials in lace up shoe, loafer slip on, monk strap and boot footwear.
Noted Chef Charlie Marshall of Diane and Elisabeth provided a gourmet selection of passed canapes and an open bar of specialty drinks was provided by Boondocks bourbon, ZYR Vodka and tequila, Cimmaron. Laurence Basse designs and Bloomie Flower Studio provided the event with florals and the serving staff uniformed in freeman by Mickey and Esenshal apparel.
