Azerbaijan designer Rufat Ismayil presented his 2nd NYFW presentation at Spring Studios, titled “The Butterfly Effect” this season and what a treat it was!
Plunging necklines, very intricate detailing and lots and lots of LACE! Affair is an internationally renowned fashion brand that is dedicated to creating elite, elegant, ready to wear with a touch of couture. We’re already looking forward to next season!
Cho Cheng
Chinese fashion designer Cho Cho Cheng is back with the latest CHOCHENG collection aptly titled “North By Northwest” inspired by the classic Alfred Hitchcock thriller, taken place at Spring Studios. The detailing gave a nod to the classic, utilitarian tailoring styles of Great Britain, whilst still maintaining the playful aesthetic that Cheng is known for. Broad shoulders, strong and precise silhouettes, and intricately decorated silk petals ruled the runway, all handmade from natural textiles, as sustainability is always key for CHOCHENG. Overall we saw lots of menswear inspired day looks that expressed the designers knack for comfort and versatility, while the evening looks highlighted Cheng’s dedication to craftsmanship.
